Late Cancelation / No Shows

Running late?

We understand that uncontrollable events can occur. We do our best to respect your time, if you will be 5 mins late for your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us a call. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment maybe forfeited or service may be modified.

Cancelation Policy

For appointments 1 hour or less, please give us at least a 4 hour cancelation notice if you will not be able to make your appointment. For multiple appointments lasting longer than 1 hour, a 24 hour cancelation notice is required. Late cancelations will be charged 15% of the full priced service. Clients using Groupon forfeit the entire Groupon value.

No Show Appointments

Your appointment will require a valid credit card on file in order to book future appointments. A no call / no show will result in a 25% charge of the full service price. Clients using a Groupon forfeit the entire Groupon value.
